Yes, remuneration is commensurate with your highest educational attainment at the time of the America’s Future Workforce Fellowship: $2,000 for high school diploma or equivalent, $2,500 for undergraduate degrees, and $3,000 for graduate degrees.

Either our Host partners will select Fellows from our applicant pool or America’s Future Workforce will do its best to place the Fellow into an internship.

Eligibility

We accept and review applications from high school students, full-time students enrolled in a two- or four-year college or university, graduate students, veterans, jobless persons and underemployed persons.

How many times can I participate in America’s Future Workforce Fellow Program?

Eligibility

America’s Future Workforce alumni cannot be placed at the same organization four years in a row. Alumni are encouraged to participate for consecutive years at the same organization but America’s Future Workforce prefers to have the host organization hire the intern after the third consecutive year.

How long does the Pathways Program last?

The Pathways Web Development track lasts 22-weeks: 14-weeks of coding and 8-weeks of internship. The Pathways Hospitality track lasts 9-weeks: 1-week of training and an 8-week internship.
